Do they stack? If you had a 20/20 offhand and a 20/10 weapon... would that give you 40/30?

The same 20's, say Increased skill recharge, would stack like this:

32% fast skill recharge.
4% double fast skill recharge.
64% no skill recharge.

You wouldn't get any boost to the other mod.

purely mathematically double mods would indeed stack like that, yes, but one of my friends said he tested it a long time ago with flare and lotsa healing on his doppelganger, and from the 500 flares he fired 41% got a faster recharge (with 20% on offhand and 20% on wand). So my guess is it does stack to 40% (and just saying the 1% was somewhat a testing flaw)...

anyone else have some test results on this ?

Yes, I don't know why I put 20/20 + 20/0 = 40/30.... anyway, I edited it to make it proper
